REFUND POLICY-ROD ROWLAND COACHING

You may cancel your package of sessions without penalty and for a refund within 12 business days from your order date.
Should you cancel after 12 business days, your payment is non-refundable. Also purchased coaching packages become void after 36 months from date of purchase. Coaching sessions require a 24 hour notice of cancellation or will be charged full price of a single session. (there are exceptions to this rule though). 

All fees are based on Services purchased and not actual usage.

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

Without limiting any of your other cancellation/refund rights described above, as required by law, you may always cancel this contract and obtain a full refund, without any penalty or obligation, if notice of cancellation is given, in writing, within 12 business days from the date you place your order or the date on which you commence utilizing the services under this contract, whichever is longer. For purposes of this section, business days are Monday through Friday.
